Service Description
Seniors Community Connector – non-medical support that enables older adults to identify, set and achieve personal health and wellness goals. Community Connector helps to find appropriate local programs and services and provides regular check-ins to ensure clients are on track.
Better at Home Program – personal assistance with daily activities (light housekeeping, maintenance and friendly visiting), short or long term, in home.
Seniors Wellness Program – General counselling for seniors, peer support and group sessions, Better at Home integration
Nutrition – Food Bank (hamper pickup) and Home Meals (delivery service).
Outreach/Housing First – Support for seniors facing housing or income insecurity.
