Service Description
Offers Long Term Care and Assisted Living facilities, as well as Meals on Wheels and Community Bathing.
Long Term Care provides 24/7 nursing and adult day programs. The wait list is managed by Island Health; it is common for the wait time for placement to approach a year.
Assisted living is provided at the Braehaven facility next door.
Meals on Wheels provides hot meals from Monday to Friday. These support homebound seniors and are delivered by volunteers.
The Community Bathing program is a joint project with Island Health/Community Health Services (CHS). A home support worker from CHS meets the individual at the walk-in tub at Braehaven.
